Personality:	Bitoi is a vengeful goddess, she's still rather young so she's highly protective of her new-found territory. The river she guards, Oak Creek, is just barely beyond creek-size and sustains a small village of Native Americans who worship her. She resides in a cavern behind a waterfall, through which she communicates to the villagers. Most often she hears their wishes for rain to help their crops and the prevention of damaging storms, and they bring her offerings of cattle or dead snakes. As she is the vengeful sort, Bitoi is not above flooding the village with rain should their offerings not please her. She is generally motherly toward her little village, as long as they don't try to dam or otherwise mess with her river. Then things will get apocalyptic.
