Personality:	Jatha is a kind and fatherly dragon, particularly when it comes to pet-like animals such as llithra, flits, and so forth. He watches over the Jracini haven Vaen Mayar. To the Jracini who he has brought there he seems almost godlike, with is many-limbed form and uncanny ability to communicate with almost any animal, but he is nothing more than your ordinary whorling. He certainly does not try to perpetuate this belief among them, but it does help in keeping the sometimes mischievious Jracini out of harm's way.

Personality:	Since the jracini population at the haven has grown quite exponentially since it's founding, Jatha decided that he needed to take on an assistant of sorts. Cue Chu' here, a young, studious dragoness just looking for a niche to fill. She loves the jracini in all their many personalities and forms, and has dedicated herself to keeping a strict record of the inhabitants, such as the date of their arrival, any particular relationships, and any altar trips and the altar-ations resulting from them.
