Boring, boring BORING! When is there ever going to be anything interesting to do?

Klaera looked up from where she was taking notes to see Tiyranelth yawning outside. "I'm sorry love, but I have to take these classes so that I'll know how to take care of you."

But you already know how to do that! Wash me, feed me when I get hungry, oil me...what's so hard about that? Sighing, Klaera looked up at the Weyrlingmaster and tried to concentrate. Her mind kept wandering off to the hatching that was just yesterday, she could have sworn that she'd seen Truatt out on the Sands but when she went to find him, he was nowhere.

There's a guy with a little blue peeking in the door. Tiyranelth interrupted her thoughts. "A guy and a little blue? What does the guy look like?"

Um, he has sort of longish yellow hair aaand...he's kinda tall..

"That could be any one of a number or guys." she sighed. "Okay, class is dismissed for the day." The room emptied quickly, and Klaera was the only one left. She looked around and saw a back door that led around to the front, presumably the way that the Weyrlingmaster came in and left. She gathered her things and exited that way, coming around behind the guy in question. He turned and ran into her on his way to leave. "Sorry." he mumbled, keeping his head down. "Truatt?" she asked? He looked up and it was undeniably him. Nothing could have made her feel any better at that moment except... "...my dragon, Goliath." Lying on the ground was a large blue hatchling, contentedly snoozing. "He's adorable! Tiyranelth is over there." she absently pointed at her green as she sat down beside the blue.

"I'm so glad that you chose him, little one." she thought, in hopes of the blue hearing. It opened one eye and winked up at her, quickly closing it as Truatt, or T'att, sat down next to her. Everything he said now was a blur and she found herself kissing him without telling her body to do so. "What are you doing? People will see..." He looked at her like she'd lost it. "It doesn't matter anymore, we're not home and we are equally ranked, as dragonriders." Smiling, Klaera was overjoyed when he kissed her back and her world spun.
